Daylily – Pink Dwarf Evergreen

An evergreen daylily that flowers profusely from very early to late in the season. Dwarf growing, and quickly spreading, this is wonderful to fill the front of a border, or add in pockets throughout the edible flower garden.
Daylilyies are not only attractive in the garden, but are edible too. The flower buds before opening are sometimes battered and fried, or eaten fresh in salads. Once the flower opens, individual petals can also be added to salads or as edible garnish. Even the roots (tubers) are edible.
