Flowers are edible, and leaves can be used to flavour creams, jellies, jams, cakes, fruit dishes, vinegars, coffee etc
Leaves can be rubbed on aching feet and legs for pain relief.
MeadowSweet Herbs & Flowers Nursery and Herb Education Centre is now closed for orders from 16 December 2025 until mid-January 2026 while I take a short festive break.

Pelargonium – Nutmeg scented

An evergreen PERENNIAL shrub growing to 30cm. Prefers well-drained soil in full sun, and is frost-tender.
This pelargonium soft grey-green leaves with a lovely spicy nutmeg scent. Pretty white flowers are edible.
