Shipping Information

Below are the essential guidelines and details regarding our shipping process:

  • Courier Service: We use Aramex Couriers (previously Fastway Couriers) for our freight fulfilment.
  • Delivery Area:  Nationwide. Please ensure you provide a physical address for shipment purposes, as we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes
  • Rural Delivery: Rural Delivery incurs an additional $8 per order as per Courier.
  • Courier Days: Parcels are typically sent out Tuesdays, with items dispatched upon receipt of payment.
  • Collection: If you are local, you have the option to collect and pay for your plants at MeadowSweet Herbs & Flowers in Waikuku, North Canterbury, please contact us to arrange.
  • Freight and Packaging Charges: Below are *estimations*, full shipping costs will be calculated based on the order delivery address after the order is placed, and the full shipping cost will be added to the final invoice for payment. 
    We have two box sizes: Small (S) for 6-9 plants under 10kg and Large (L) for 10-15 plants under 10kg.

  • Large Box Local: $15
  • Small Box Regional: $25
  • Large Box Regional: $35
  • RURAL Addresses + $8

Guarantees and Returns

We take every care in selecting the strongest and most robust plants for their journey to you, and  put loving care into packaging them securely for shipping.

If anything happens with your order that leaves you dissatisfied, we will meet our obligations as per the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy if we are at fault, but encourage you to take shipping mishap queries up with the courier company, or post services if it was rural (all last leg deliveries to rural addresses are handled by NZ Post).
