Cauliflower – Broccoflower (Brassica oleracea ‘Botrytis’)


Cauliflowers are the immature flowering heads eaten as a vegetable, raw or cooked and has a mild cabbage like flavour. Leaves can also be eaten and make a good cooked vegetable.
The Broccoflower refers to either green hued cauliflowers, or Romanesco cauliflowers with their distinct fractal patterned heads.
