Balkan Mint (Micromeria thymifolia) is a perennial in the Lamiaceae family that grows in full sun and prefers well-drained soil. It is used as a Culinary Herb for flavouring teas, meats, and stews, and as a Pollinator Plant, attracting bees and beneficial insects.
