A variety of the chillies and peppers I am growing from my collection of over 150 varieties. Chillies come in a great variety of colours, shapes, heat levels and taste profiles. Please contact me to see which varieties are on offer this season.
Used fresh as a condiment or roasted, dried, or canned. Peppers are often used fresh in salads, or cooked into pasta sauces, marinades, made into hot sauces etc. They are very high in vitamin C and other vitamins and minerals making them highly nutritive. It is mostly the very pungent cayenne peppers that are used medicinally.
