Description
Mild flavoured flowers in various colours are used as a pretty garnish for salads, vegetable and fruit dishes, cakes, desserts, cold drinks etc.

Dianthus – Sweet William

A flowering PERENNIAL growing to 60cm and is noted for attracting insects. It prefers well-drained soil and a full sun position. Flowers are edible and added to salads or a garnish for cakes, desserts, fruit dishes etc.
