Penstemon – White with pink lip

A bushy, semi-evergreen PERENNIAL growing to 1m. Prefers well-drained soil in full sun or semi-shade. Drought tolerant when established.
This penstemon has pretty, bell-shaped bright white flowers with a pink edge. Comparible to Penstemon ‘Apple Blossom’
Noted for attracting bees and butterflies, and other beneficial pollinators. Good as a cottage garden plant, in meadow gardens and as a cut-flower plant.
Penstemon grandiflorus has some traditional use as a medicine, but not commonly used.
